MOE TRAINS will be hosting the John Allen Switching Puzzle contest at the National Model Railroad Association's Pacific Coast Region, Coast Division quarterly meeting on Sunday, December 4th.
The Timesaver puzzle is a great way for operators to hone and test their skills in a friendly competitive environment where the fastest engineer who successfully completes the switching puzzle wins fame and fabulous prizes... well, at least some bragging rights.

We will be showcasing and releasing our custom McKeen Motor Car Garden Scale engines at the Nevada State Railroad Museum on Saturday, October 29, coinciding with the planned running of their 70ft. Virginia and Truckee motor car.

32nd National Garden Railway Convention

The National Garden Railway Convention is the world's premier annual showcase of G-Scale model railroads. This, the 32nd Annual Convention, is being hosted by the Bay Area Garden Railroad Society and will culminate in the Large Scale Train Show on July 9.
MOE TRAINS will have a prominent display in the Expo, demonstrating the products found on this site, as well as hosting the Garden Scale Timesaver Contest. Please come by our booth to try your hand at the timesaver and tell us about your upcoming project.

San Leandro Historical Railway Society
The San Leandro Historical Railway Society (SLHRS) is housed in the San Leandro depot which was built in 1898 by the Southern Pacific Railroad. The G&O is a unique outdoor model railroad because it is being built as a public display to showcase both G-Scale and O-Scale trains.

Train Mountain is the world's largest model railroad ... over 36 miles of 7.5 gauge track on 2205 acres of pine forest spanning 2 miles by 4 miles near Chiloquin in South Central Oregon. Train Mountain runs both a club and a museum, offering members the opportunity to run personal trains on the expansive track and educate public visitors about the rich history of railroading.

The Pacific Locomotive Association, Inc. operates the Niles Canyon Railway as a living history museum interpreting the importance of our heritage railroads in the development of California and the nation. The museum is designed to increase public education, enjoyment, and appreciation of the significance of America’s western railroads.
